You can now apply for tickets to attend events at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Following the West Midlands-only ballot, anyone can now apply for tickets to watch some of the best athletes in action.
From boxing and hockey to athletics and cycling, the Commonwealth Games features 19 different sports and takes place between 28 July and 8 August, 2022.
With 286 sessions of sports during the games spread across multiple venues, including the Alexandra Stadium, Sandwell Aquatic Centre and the NEC, there’s plenty to choose from!
The closing date for the ballot is 30 July at 4pm and there’s only one application per household allowed. You must be over 18 to apply and the billing and payment address must match the lead booker’s information.
Birmingham 2022 Tickets
To apply for a chance to get tickets in the Birmingham 2022 ticket ballot, simply:
- Register at the official Birmingham 2022 website
- Select which events you’re interested in to view various price packages
- Choose how many tickets you need (tickets for some events are capped)
Once you’ve selected your events, you’ll see a final amount that you would have to pay if you are successful. Payment isn’t taken immediately, but will be requested once the ballot has closed.
