Among the mobile food stalls are the Eden Bar & Kitchen, where you can grab yourself a pizza and prosecco and Chef Stef with her array of Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes.

Other mobile food stalls include Jamrock Catering with a selection of authentic Caribbean food, Urban Spice with authentic Punjabi street food and Chiang Mai with an array of Thai food.

Other stalls include Time and Space Toys, Usborne Books and various craft and retail stalls.

Live music includes the Amy Winehouse tribute band Reggae Winehouse, the Staffordshire rock choir and solo artists, Megan Emery, Michael Dell and Haydn Jones.

Shops are also staying open later than usual and once the outside entertainment has finished many of the local pubs are hosting special evenings with live music, open mics and quizzes.

Cannock town crier Peter James Taunton will open the Cannock Walking Street at 1pm on Saturday.
