Formed in March 2003, after 10 years operating as Aldridge and Brownhills Branch, Walsall Borough Cats Protection expanded and now takes cats into car from: WS1, WS2, WS3, WS4, WS5, WS8, WS9, WS10 (Darlaston only) and B74 (Streetly only). More than 30 cats are reported to them each week and with only 8 pens and 1 spare room to keep them in, there is not enough space for them all, with pregnant and injured cats coming first.
Free neutering is offered to any cat owner in receipt of state benefits and living in Walsall.
