Following a budget consultation by Walsall Council, a 2.99 per cent raise in Council Tax in the borough has been approved for the 2022/23 municipal year.
The rise will see the Council bringing in approximately £4 million of extra funds from Council Tax payers.
The rise amounts to approximately 10-15p per day for most people, said Council Leader Mike Bird.
